You will develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market Auto, Home, Life and Health products with the agency.

This role offers a strong base with commission and bonus potential (DOE), plus opportunities for advancement within the agency.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Organizational skills
• Self-motivated
• Pride in getting work done accurately and timely
• Achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals
• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
• Associate's degree or higher preferred
