Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency’s Personal Insurance division seeks a client-focused service professional to deliver tailored insurance and risk management support. You’ll work with clients, carriers, and underwriters to educate, inform and advise on coverage.

The role emphasizes excellent service, collaboration with sales teams, and ongoing professional development. You’ll handle requests, manage marketing for new and renewal policies, analyze coverage needs and maintain accurate records in our agency

Responsibilities

Handle incoming service requests from customers and carriers, inform and educate.
Manage new and renewal insurance marketing, prepare materials and gather information.
Analyze coverage needs and provide recommendations for better protection.
Update account data accurately in the agency management system.
Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities with the team.
Deliver effective customer service with the sales and service team.
Follow organizational policies and maintain proper file documentation.
