Job summary

Vega Claims is growing its claims talent team and seeks a Talent Sourcer with hands-on experience recruiting in insurance claims. You will build pipelines of licensed adjusters across platforms, prequalify candidates, and support the recruiting team with market insights.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years recruiting/sourcing experience, preferably in insurance claims/adjusting.
• Experience sourcing on multiple platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, niche boards).
• Strong organizational skills with high-volume pipelines.
• Clear written and verbal communication for candidate outreach.

Responsibilities

• Source active and passive candidates for line adjuster roles across platforms.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of licensed adjusters; track licenses and availability.
• Prequalify, interview, and assess candidates; screen resumes and licensing status.
• Maintain candidate records in Ashby including pipeline stage and licenses.
• Track sourcing metrics: pipeline, response, engagement, conversion.
• Develop sourcing strategies and stay ahead of demand; share market insights.
• Stay current on adjuster licensing by state and industry channels.
• Collaborate with Talent team on initiatives and spikes in demand.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline sourcing and outreach.
• Represent Vega Claims at events and build relationships with adjusters.
