Vega Claims is opening its Active Talent Pipeline for Claims Adjusters in a hybrid role based in Atlanta. You will manage first and third party bodily injury claims and their physical damage, shaping outcomes with analytical insight and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in auto claim adjudication, with at least 1 year handling injury severity losses.
• Experience handling claims up to $250k FDV.
• Active adjuster license in home or designated home state.
• New York licensing required within first 3 months of employment.
• Consistently exceeds targets including cycle time and recovery rates.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to lead negotiations.
• Bias-to-action - you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty and stretch yourself.
• Owner mentality - take accountability for your actions and results.
• Customer centric working style.
• Strong collaborator with team members across the country and the world.
