Job summary

Vega Claims is expanding its Talent team and seeks a Talent Sourcer to build pipelines of licensed adjusters across Property, Auto, and General Liability. You will source active and passive candidates, open conversations with passive talent, and partner with recruiters and hiring managers to map markets.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience as a recruiter or sourcer in insurance claims/adjusting space.
• Experience sourcing across multiple platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, niche adjuster/claims boards).
• Strong organizational skills for high-volume pipelines and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Source active and passive candidates for line adjuster roles (Property, Auto, GL, TL) across job boards and niche communities.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of licensed adjusters with license states, certifications, and deployment readiness.
• Prequalify and interview candidates to assess licensing status and experience.
• Maintain candidate records in Ashby and track sourcing metrics.
• Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to map markets and set sourcing strategies.
