Qualifications

• 1–3 years of insurance/claims experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to analyze information and make decisions.
• Proficiency with claims software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Take first reports of accidents and enter information into the system.
• Obtain and file copies of reports, photos, and documents.
• Follow up on missing documentation.
• Investigate and assess liability, support adjudication.
• Coordinate with insurers and third-party administrators.
• Notify internal clients and audit for accuracy.
