Columbia Bank is seeking an Insurance Claims Specialist to handle inbound calls and correspondence from customers, troubleshoot insurance issues, and coordinate with internal teams. You will use systems like Artiva, InfoLease and Salesforce to keep accounts accurate and up-to-date.

The role emphasizes customer experience, confidentiality, and compliance, with a focus on timely resolutions and escalation when needed. This is an onsite, full-time position at our Federal Way location.

Qualificações

• 2 years of customer service or call center experience in a high-volume, multi-channel environment.
• 1+ year of experience handling issue resolution, troubleshooting, and escalations within defined SLAs/policies.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilidades

• Handles incoming calls and written communications from customers regarding insurance claims.
• Troubleshoots, analyzes, and remedies insurance issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Uses Artiva, InfoLease and Salesforce to notate and update account information.
• Acts as liaison between internal departments and external companies regarding insurance claims.
• Maintains current insurance status on accounts and provides payoff/documents as requested.
• Tracks active lender placed and outside claims to ensure timely completion.
