The Insurance Claims Manager provides claim administration support for corporate and project-specific insurance programs including workers' compensation, general liability, auto, property, and environmental/pollution. This role collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to support the insurance policy renewal process, as well as to manage insurance-related incidents which include gathering, submitting, and reporting claim information. Work requires adherence to industry guidelines and updating internal processes related to claims management. Analytical thinking, attention to detail, organizational skills, and high-level communication are essential to ensure accurate and timely claims submission to expedite approval and payment.

The salary range is estimated at $95,000 to $110,000 annually, with potential for a 10% incentive. Benefits include health plans, 401(k), paid time off, holidays, volunteer leave, insurance, disability coverage, parental and military leave, FSA, EAP, and tuition reimbursement.
