Compensation Overview

The annual base salary range is nationwide and varies based on factors like role scope, location, skills, and experience. Employees are also eligible for performance-based incentives.

$101,300.00 - $167,000.00

What Is the Opportunity?

This position offers a potential $5,000 sign-on bonus. It is based 100% remotely, covering Maryland areas, and may include mobile work or work from your residence. Candidates must live in or near listed territories.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Outside Property claim professionals.
• Manage staff performance, training, and development.
• Ensure quality claim handling and customer service.
• Leverage data and technology to support business strategies.
• Drive resolution and process improvements.
• Build effective relationships with colleagues, partners, and customers.
• Maintain required Insurance Licenses and perform physical inspections as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• At least three years of claim management experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
