Responsibilities

• Learn fundamentals of the insurance business through structured training and hands-on experience

• Develop prospecting, sales, communication, and relationship-management skills
• Work alongside experienced Farmers agents, sales leaders, and mentors
• Participate in ongoing coaching and professional development
• Learn business-development and operational aspects of a successful insurance agency
• Develop skills for increased responsibility and future agency ownership opportunities
• Help grow the Farmers Insurance presence throughout Missouri and Southern Illinois
