United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Customer Care Advisor to advise customers on insurance needs and drive sales and renewals. You will operate in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a focus on accuracy and excellent service.

The role requires responding to inbound enquiries and making outbound calls while adhering to compliance standards and team goals. A third level qualification is highly desired and a range of benefits is available in Ireland.

Qualifications

• APA qualification preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail / accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills; verbal and written.
• Decision-making skills and sound numeric skills.
• Sales negotiation and administration skills highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries from customers through inbound telephone activity and email.
• Respond to all customer service requirements to agreed service levels, procedures and guidelines.
• Provide relevant and accurate advice to customers through an in-depth knowledge of the business and services.
• Meet and exceed your individual and team targets.
• Resolve all queries on a first call resolution basis.
• Make outbound calls to generate sales and renewals.
