Job summary

Hireful Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking an Insurance Renewals Advisor to handle inbound calls, support online sales, and retain customers considering cancellation.

You will identify opportunities to maximise renewals, deliver outstanding service, and ensure every interaction complies with FCA standards, all while working 100% remotely with a 37.5 hour week.

Starting on 23 November, you will embark on a four-week onboarding and training program.

• Call centre experience is essential.
• Experience in sales, customer retention, insurance renewals or a target-driven customer service environment is desirable.
• Confident communicator, resilient, organised and passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences.

Job description

As an Insurance Renewals Advisor, you’ll handle inbound calls, support online sales, retain customers considering cancellation and identify opportunities to maximise renewals. You’ll deliver outstanding customer service while ensuring every interaction meets FCA regulatory and compliance standards.

What’s on Offer?

Location: 100% work from home / Remote

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 4 weekly shift pattern between 8am-6pm plus 1 in every 3 Saturdays 9am-1pm

PLEASE NOTE: You must be able to start on the 23 rd November so that you can be part of a 4-week onboarding / training program.

What We’re Looking For

Previous call centre experience is essential. Experience in sales, customer retention, insurance renewals or a target-driven customer service environment is highly desirable. You’ll be a confident communicator, resilient, organised and passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences.
