TruCapital Partners is seeking an agriculture focused Insurance Broker to place coverage between retail agencies and carrier partners. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced brokerage, engages with markets, and manages a diverse commercial portfolio.

You will review submissions, rate and bind accounts, and coordinate underwriting with carriers while serving as the main liaison with agencies. Mentoring teammates and improving processes are part of this role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years commercial underwriting or brokerage experience
• Degree in Risk Management, Business, Agriculture, or related field
• Experience with surplus lines preferred
• Proficiency with carrier quoting platforms; Vertafore systems a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and technical skills
