One80 Intermediaries is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join our growing team. The role focuses on keeping bill counts and policy premiums current by notifying members of due payments and assisting with payments, including setting up recurring payments.

The position involves outbound calling targets, processing reminders, and guiding members toward sales opportunities within our insurance offerings. Growth and commission incentives are part of the compensation structure.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service and/or sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Proficient PC skills and ability to learn new software programs.
• Active Illinois insurance license or the ability to become licensed within 90 days of hire.

Aufgaben

• Mail reminder and lapse letters from the system.
• Meet expectations of at least 50 outbound calls per day.
• Review retention reports daily to identify focus areas.
• Work through assigned tasks of unpaid accounts.
• Assist on the payment line to ensure timely payments.
• Address credit card expiry tasks and EFT failed accounts.
• Acquire and maintain knowledge of Affinity life and health plans offered.
• Self-motivated to meet goals and keep bill counts and premiums billed.
