Job summary

Willis Towers Watson is seeking a Casualty Analyst in the North American Facultative Division to manage day-to-day placement, broker relationships, and coverage negotiations. The role involves preparing proposals, endorsements, coordinating with underwriters, and supporting senior brokers while developing client advocacy and market knowledge.

Hybrid work in the Atlanta area with a competitive salary and annual incentive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Prior experience in administrative or support roles.
• Demonstrated excellence in negotiation and influence.
• Strong attention to detail and process orientation.
• Exposure to Excel formulas is a plus.
• Ability to work with AI tools to improve productivity.
• Ability to manage client relationships and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing proposals, and renewal documentation.
• Handle endorsements, certificates, and maintain accurate records.
• Obtains and distributes information from client and/or producing office.
• Help gather quotes from Insurers and support negotiations under guidance.
• Learn to review casualty contracts and identify reinsurance requirements.
• Work closely with senior brokers and account managers on projects.
• Maintain and develop business relationships with client advocates, producers and underwriting contacts.
• Participates in continuing education.
