A leading auto finance source in Clearwater, FL is seeking an energetic Insurance Associate to handle insurance follow-ups and correspondence. Ideal candidates should have some automobile insurance experience and above average Excel skills. Formación

SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm

Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual with some automobile insurance experience. This position is responsible for all insurance follow-up and correspondence after the purchase of accounts. You will work with customers, agents, Mid-Atlantic employees, and management on any GAP and other insurance issues.

Above average knowledge of Excel is required. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.

What You'll Do:

• Responsible for heavy data entry
• Conduct outbound calls to customers and insurance carriers
• Assist with inbound calls regarding insurance issues
• Properly document interactions on the appropriate account
• Follow-up to ensure insurance checks are received in a timely manner
• Provide general administrative and clerical support
