Job summary

Freeway Insurance Services America, LLC in Columbia, SC is seeking an Insurance Agent to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers. On-site role with no cold calling and base pay plus uncapped commissions and renewal incentives.

You will build relationships, educate customers on suitable products, and strive to meet or exceed sales goals while leveraging ongoing training and promotional opportunities within a growth-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Ability to build relationships with sales customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels in order to achieve or exceed sales production goals.
• Expand business by proactively building relationships with existing customers to meet the agreed upon production goals.
• Accurate accounting of all currency transactions as well as timely delivery of deposits to the bank with scanned documentation in agency management system.
• Connects very quickly; builds and leverages client relationships. Ability to educate and advise the customer on which products best fit their needs

Pay Range: For a Insurance Sales Representative is $15-$19+ / hourly.

Our Compensation package includes a competitive base salary + monthly uncapped commissions + renewal commissions + monthly bonus incentives
