GEICO Maine is seeking an Appointment Setting Specialist in Portland, Maine. Responsabilités

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to warm leads, previous quote inquiries, and existing customers.
• Answer incoming calls promptly and provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Engage prospective customers to identify interest in speaking with a licensed insurance agent.
• Schedule qualified appointments for licensed agents using shared calendars and scheduling systems.
• Gather and document customer contact information, insurance interests, and conversation details.
