Qualifikationen

• Licensed insurance professional with active Maine Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license.
• Experience in personal lines insurance and broad coverage knowledge.
• Ability to identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities while maintaining relationships.

• Conduct welcome calls with newly insured customers to review policies and onboarding experiences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through proactive outreach.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell auto, homeowners, renters, umbrella, and other coverages.
• Provide quotes, discuss options, and assist customers with purchasing policies.
• Follow up on post-sale paperwork, documentation, and underwriting requirements.
• Monitor inspections, renewals, and cancellations; address outstanding items.
• Assist customers with billing questions, policy changes, and service needs.
• Maintain records of interactions and follow-ups; ensure compliance and data accuracy.
