Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to apply first-principles thinking to translate ambiguous business problems into analytical strategies and actionable decisions.
• Experience applying machine learning techniques to customer and business problems, including classification, regression, ranking, targeting, or propensity modeling.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder influence skills across Director- and VP-level leaders.

Responsibilities

• Set the analytics strategy for Insurance: define the analytical and measurement vision across the end-to-end journey.
• Influence business and product strategy using data, customer insights, and external trends.
• Build durable customer and marketplace understanding across behavioral data, experiments, models, and signals.
• Lead experimentation and causal measurement, including complex experiments and causal inference when A/B testing is constrained.
• Advance personalization and matching by improving targeting, ranking, and personalization.
• Shape the AI-native Insurance roadmap and establish measurement frameworks for model and experience quality.
• Define the measurement architecture with metrics and leading indicators for acquisition, engagement, conversion, retention, and value.
• Identify and size new growth opportunities using first-principles analysis.
• Build scalable scientific capabilities and reusable analytics frameworks.
