Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks a Senior Staff Data Scientist to lead analytics for our Insurance business in the United States. You will set vision, raise the scientific bar, and influence product, marketing, and business strategy with data-driven insights.

You will partner with senior leaders across Product, Marketing, Engineering and AI Science to drive opportunities across the member journey—from awareness to conversion—while mentoring other data scientists and building scalable analytics capabilities.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of data science and analytics experience with impact across multiple initiatives.
• Translate ambiguous problems into analytical strategies and decisions.
• Expertise in experimentation, causal inference, segmentation, funnel optimization.
• Apply ML techniques to customer and business problems with rigor.

Responsibilities

• Set analytics strategy and measurement vision across the end-to-end Insurance journey.
• Partner with senior leaders to shape priorities and investment decisions.
• Lead experimentation and causal measurement approaches.
• Develop reusable analytical frameworks and scalable capabilities.
• Mentor data scientists and scale impact across teams.
