Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of overall experience in Insurance/Financial Services.
• Strong understanding of at least one major insurance domain (underwriting, claims, pricing, distribution, policy administration or portfolio management).
• Experience owning or shaping AI, analytics, data or digital products/use cases.
• Ability to translate business requirements into solution capabilities and work with technical teams through delivery.
• Working knowledge of GenAI and modern AI solution patterns, without needing to be a hands-on developer.
• Strong client-facing communication, workshop facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead identification and development of high-value AI use cases across the insurance value chain.
• Translate business problems into well-defined AI products/use cases with measurable outcomes.
• Own use cases from discovery through implementation.
• Collaborate with insurance SMEs, AI engineers, data scientists and architects to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Provide domain and product direction to teams with end-to-end solution understanding.
• Lead client workshops, solution demonstrations and executive discussions to articulate business value.
