Job summary

Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Agent in Indiana to develop and manage an independent agency serving educators. You will work on a comprehensive multiline portfolio, leveraging cutting-edge technology and dedicated support to grow your business.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in insurance/financial services, hold Life/Health and Property & Casualty licenses, and can obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 if required. This role emphasizes networking and relationship-building in targeted communities.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and business management abilities to build and manage an agency.
• Preferred 2-5 years in insurance/financial services.
• Licenses: Life & Health and Property & Casualty; FINRA Series 6 & 63 if required in region.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency
• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred)
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses:
• Life and Health Insurance License
• Property and Casualty Insurance License
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region)
