Job summary

Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent to help educators secure affordable insurance and financial security. You will build and manage your own agency with support from Horace Mann and operate in an exclusive territory.

Expect performance-based 1099 compensation, with incentives tied to activity and a 48-month package. Successful candidates will network extensively, present products confidently, and leverage cutting-edge training and tools to grow their client base.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency
• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred)
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses:
  • Life and Health Insurance License
  • Property and Casualty Insurance License
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region)
