Horace Mann is looking for an Exclusive Insurance Agent to help educators secure affordable insurance and financial solutions. This remote role offers an exclusive territory, cutting-edge technology, and a comprehensive multiline product portfolio to support your growth over a 48-month incentive-based plan.

Earns 1099 compensation with performance incentives, quarterly bonuses, and a dedicated service representative, enabling you to focus on building your own agency while strengthening educator

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills.
• 2-5 years of experience in insurance and financial services.
• Life and Health Insurance License and Property & Casualty License required.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency
• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred)
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses:
• Life and Health Insurance License
• Property and Casualty Insurance License
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region)
