Horace Mann invites you to join as an Exclusive Agent in Wisconsin, working on a 1099 basis to help educators secure affordable insurance and financial security. You will identify solutions, present products to groups and individuals, and build a strong network through community and industry events.

With a comprehensive product portfolio and access to cutting-edge technology, you will be supported by incentives and a dedicated service team to grow your independent agency business in the educator

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health Insurance License; Property and Casualty Insurance License.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency.
• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses:

• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).
