Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent to help educators secure affordable insurance and financial security while growing their own business. You will operate in an exclusive territory with a comprehensive multiline portfolio, dedicated service support, and cutting-edge technology to empower your client focus.

The role offers performance-based compensation, incentives, and a 48-month incentive package, with no external office required for 2 years, enabling you to build relationships

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency.
• 2–5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry.
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health; Property and Casualty.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency
• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred)
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses:
