Job summary

Horace Mann is seeking exclusive agents to help educators secure affordable insurance and financial planning solutions. You will operate within a defined territory and maintain relationships with clients while leveraging Horace Mann’s comprehensive product portfolio and market-building programs.

As an agency owner with a dedicated service representative, you will focus on growth, networking, and delivering tailored financial protection to educators, supported by industry-leading incentives.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in insurance and financial services (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health Insurance License; Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).

• Identify and implement solutions that help educators achieve affordable insurance solutions and financial security.
• Focus on achieving market access and building strong relationships.
