As an Account Executive in our Personal Lines Department, you’ll:
This position is responsible for working in conjunction with Team Members to service clients by maintaining ongoing relationships with those clients through continued stewardship, account rounding, and assistance during the client renewal process. Additionally, the role supports new business efforts by assisting with quoting, onboarding, and delivering an exceptional client experience from the initial point of contact forward.
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities, however, those with more years of experience may mentor those with less experience.
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, and other devices.

The employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, use hand to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Hours may vary depending on department and scope of work assigned.
Occasional, local day travel is expected for this position, with rare overnight travel required for educational and other business purposes.
