Job summary

Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent to help educators protect their finances and plan for the future. This remote role offers 1099 compensation with a generous 48-month incentive package and access to cutting-edge tools and a dedicated service representative to support your business growth.

You will build a book of business in a niche territory, present products to groups and individuals, and network through community and industry events to expand your reach.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency.
• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry.
• Life and Health Insurance License.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable).
