Job summary

Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Agent to help educators secure affordable insurance and financial plans, with a 1099 compensation structure and a robust 48‑month incentive package. You will leverage cutting-edge technology and a multiline product portfolio to build your own agency and network in the Knoxville area.

You’ll be supported by Premier Service representatives and specialized training, focusing on relationship-building, market access, and long‑term business growth.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in insurance and financial services (preferred).
• Resident state General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life & Health and Property & Casualty.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable).
