Horace Mann seeks an Exclusive Insurance Agent to help educators achieve financial security through customized insurance and financial solutions. You will operate in a territory designed for growth with cutting-edge technology and ongoing training to support and scale your independent agency.

This role offers performance-based compensation with a 48-month incentive package, earning incentives, quarterly targets, and dedicated support to build your business, without requiring a physical office

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in insurance/financial services (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and business management skills.
• Ability to present products to groups and individuals.
• Resident state general lines licenses (Life & Health; Property & Casualty).
• FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable).

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency
• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred)
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses:
• Life and Health Insurance License
• Property and Casualty Insurance License
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region)
