Job summary

Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent to empower educators with protection and financial planning. This 1099 role lets you build your client base in a dedicated territory, backed by cutting-edge technology and a dedicated service representative.

You will earn performance-based incentives, with quarterly production rewards and a comprehensive product portfolio to meet diverse client needs, with no external office required for two years.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred)
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health, Property and Casualty
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable)
