Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Agent to serve educators with an exclusive territory and no overlap with other agents. You will operate as an independent contractor with performance-based compensation and a generous incentive package over 48 months.

The role offers access to a dedicated service representative, cutting-edge technology, and a comprehensive multiline product portfolio to meet client needs while you build your business and network across the community.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry.
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health Insurance License; Property and Casualty Insurance License.

What We’re Looking For:
