Horace Mann invites you to join as an Exclusive Insurance Agent, offering a performance-based 1099 compensation model and an industry-leading incentive package. You will develop an exclusive territory, leverage cutting-edge technology, and receive dedicated support to build your client base among educators.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in insurance/financial services, with Life/Health and Property/Casualty licenses and the ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 where applicable.

• 2-5 years of experience in insurance/financial services preferred.
• Resident state general lines licenses: Life & Health, Property & Casualty.
