Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Agent to empower educators with tailored insurance and financial solutions. This agency-owner role offers an exclusive territory, a performance-based 1099 compensation plan, and an emphasis on building lasting client relationships.

You will receive a dedicated service representative, cutting-edge technology, and a comprehensive product portfolio, with quarterly and 48-month incentives to reward sustained growth in your market and community outreach.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance and financial services preferred (2–5 years).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life & Health; Property & Casualty.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses if applicable in your region.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency
• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred)
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses:
  • Life and Health Insurance License
  • Property and Casualty Insurance License
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region)
