Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent to support educators in achieving financial security and building a personal agency. The role offers performance-based 1099 compensation with an industry-leading 48-month incentive package and a dedicated service representative to handle client service work.

You'll focus on market access, relationship-building, and presenting products to groups and individuals, while leveraging cutting-edge technology and a comprehensive multiline portfolio.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency

• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses:
• Life and Health Insurance License
• Property and Casualty Insurance License
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region)
