Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent to help educators secure affordable, comprehensive coverage and financial security.

As a 1099 independent contractor, you will build an independent agency with dedicated support, exclusive territory, and cutting-edge tools. Expect performance-based incentives and a multi-year incentive plan to reward sustained success.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in insurance/financial services (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health; Property and Casualty.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills to build and manage your agency
