The Farmers Insurance Insurance Agent Apprentice Program, run in partnership with Kelly OCG, offers a pathway to licensing, training, and leadership within a nationally recognized agency network in Tennessee. Trainees are employed by Kelly OCG while receiving Farmers-sponsored training, mentorship, and career development, with opportunities to advance within the Farmers agency system.

Participants will obtain their Property & Casualty license through a sponsored program, generate quotes, and

Qualifications

Active Property & Casualty License required.
Life & Health License preferred.
Minimum 1 year of sales and customer-facing experience.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to explain insurance coverages and solutions in a clear, customer-friendly manner.

Responsibilities

Obtain your Property & Casualty Insurance License through the sponsored licensing program.
Generate quotes and recommend insurance solutions.
Sell Auto, Home, Renters, and Umbrella Insurance products.
Build and strengthen customer relationships.
Deliver exceptional customer service.
Learn key performance metrics and business fundamentals.
Gain exposure to marketing, leadership, recruiting, sales management and growth strategies.
