Job summary

The Farmers Insurance Insurance Agent Apprentice Program, run in partnership with Kelly OCG, offers a pathway to licensing, training, and leadership within a nationally recognized agency network in Tennessee. Trainees are employed by Kelly OCG while receiving Farmers-sponsored training, mentorship, and career development, with opportunities to advance within the Farmers agency system.

• Active Property & Casualty License required.
• Life & Health License preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of sales and customer-facing experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to explain insurance coverages and solutions in a clear, customer-friendly manner.

Responsibilities

• Obtain your Property & Casualty Insurance License through the sponsored licensing program.
• Generate quotes and recommend insurance solutions.
• Sell Auto, Home, Renters, and Umbrella Insurance products.
• Build and strengthen customer relationships.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Learn key performance metrics and business fundamentals.
• Gain exposure to marketing, leadership, recruiting, sales management and growth strategies.

Requirements
