Job summary

Farmers Insurance has engaged Kelly OCG as its talent acquisition partner to develop future insurance professionals. Trainees will be sponsored for licensing, mentored by experienced professionals, and supported in building sales skills and leadership capabilities.

You will embark on a two-year pathway with structured training, licensing support, and opportunities for advancement within the Farmers agency network.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License required.
• Life & Health License preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of sales and customer-facing experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to explain insurance coverages clearly to customers.

Responsibilities

• Obtain Property & Casualty license through sponsored licensing program.
• Generate quotes and recommend insurance solutions.
• Sell Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella Insurance products.
• Build and strengthen customer relationships.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Learn key performance metrics and business fundamentals.
• Gain exposure to marketing, leadership, recruiting, and growth strategies.
