Job summary

Farm Bureau Financial Services in Utah is seeking motivated Insurance Agents and Financial Services Professionals to join our growing team. You will help clients protect families, businesses, and assets through a full suite of insurance and financial products and identify retirement planning opportunities.

You will build long-term relationships with clients, grow your own business with support from an established organization, and access ongoing training and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Property & Casualty License, Life & Health License, and SIE.
• Many agents pursue Series 6 & 63 to offer additional retirement and financial solutions.
• Series 7 & 65 (or equivalent) to become an Investment Advisor Representative (IAR).

Compensation

Enjoy a $72,000 base salary, a competitive commission structure with significant earning potential as your business grows, plus opportunities to earn travel incentives and cash bonuses for top performers.

Licensing

Candidates must have or be willing to obtain:

Many of our agents also pursue:
