Job summary

Farm Bureau Financial Services seeks motivated Insurance Agents and Financial Services Professionals to join our growing team in Sandy, UT. You’ll build relationships, protect clients, and grow your own business with the backing of an established organization.

You’ll start with a base salary of $72,000 plus commission and opportunities for travel incentives and bonuses as you expand your client base and licensed offerings. Training and mentorship accompany ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Property & Casualty License.
• Must have or be willing to obtain Life & Health License.
• SIE licensing is required or pursued.

• Help clients protect families, businesses, and assets with comprehensive insurance solutions.
• Offer a full suite of products including Life, Health, Annuities, Property & Casualty, and business insurance.
• Identify financial planning opportunities and provide retirement-focused solutions.
• Build long-term relationships through ongoing client service and annual reviews.
• Develop and grow your own business with support from an established organization.
• Leverage cross-sell opportunities to strengthen client relationships and retention.
• Expand into investment/advisory services with additional securities licenses.

Compensation

Licensing

Candidates must have or be willing to obtain:

• Property & Casualty License
• Life & Health License
• SIE

Many of our agents also pursue:

• Series 6 & 63 licenses to offer additional retirement and financial solutions
• Series 7 & 65 (or equivalent) to become an Investment Advisor Representative (IAR) and expand into comprehensive investment and wealth management services
