Job summary

Farm Bureau Financial Services in Utah is seeking motivated Insurance Agents and Financial Services Professionals to help clients protect their families, businesses, and futures with a full suite of insurance and financial planning solutions.

You’ll build your own practice with training, mentorship, and back-office support while pursuing licenses (P&C, Life/Health, SIE, Series 6/63, 7/65) to expand into investment advisory services.

Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain P&C, Life/Health licenses and SIE.
• Interest in expanding into securities licenses (Series 6/63, 7/65) to become an Investment Advisor Representative (IAR).
• Strong client service and relationship-building skills.

Compensation

Enjoy a $72,000 base salary, a competitive commission structure with significant earning potential as your business grows, plus opportunities to earn travel incentives and cash bonuses for top performers.

Licensing

Candidates must have or be willing to obtain:

• Property & Casualty License
• Life & Health License
• SIE

Many of our agents also pursue:

• Series 6 & 63 licenses to offer additional retirement and financial solutions
• Series 7 & 65 (or equivalent) to become an Investment Advisor Representative (IAR) and expand into comprehensive investment and wealth management services
