Job summary

Farm Bureau Financial Services is seeking Insurance Agents and Financial Services Professionals to join our team. You will help clients protect families and businesses with Life, Health, Annuities, and P&C products while identifying financial planning opportunities.

You’ll build long-term client relationships, grow your own business with an established brand, and pursue investment advisory opportunities with additional securities licenses. Training and mentorship are provided.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have or be willing to obtain Property & Casualty License, Life & Health License and SIE.
• Many agents pursue Series 6 & 63 licenses to offer retirement solutions and Series 7 & 65 to become an Investment Advisor Representative.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients and communities through ongoing service.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell Life, Health, Annuities, Property & Casualty, and business insurance products.
• Develop and grow your own business with support from an established organization.
• Conduct annual reviews to maintain client plans and adjust as needed.
• Expand into investment advisory services with additional securities licenses.

Compensation

Enjoy a $72,000 base salary, a competitive commission structure with significant earning potential as your business grows, plus opportunities to earn travel incentives and cash bonuses for top performers.

Licensing
