Farm Bureau Financial Services is seeking Insurance Agents and Financial Services Professionals to join our growing team. You will help clients protect families and businesses and expand into investment advisory services with the appropriate licenses.

You can work from a hub office in Sandy, UT, or establish your own office as you build your business, supported by a strong organization and training programs.

As an Insurance Agent you'll have the opportunity to:

• Offer a full suite of products including Life, Health, Annuities, Property & Casualty, and business insurance products

• Build long-term relationships through ongoing client service and annual reviews
• Develop and grow your own business with the support of an established organization
• Leverage cross-sell opportunities that strengthen client relationships and improve retention
• Expand into investment and advisory services by obtaining additional securities licenses and becoming an Investment Advisor Representative (IAR)
• Industry-leading insurance and financial planning solutions

Compensation

Enjoy a $72,000 base salary, a competitive commission structure with significant earning potential as your business grows, plus opportunities to earn travel incentives and cash bonuses for top performers.

Licensing

Candidates must have or be willing to obtain:

• Property & Casualty License
• Life & Health License
• SIE

Many of our agents also pursue:

• Series 6 & 63 licenses to offer additional retirement and financial solutions
• Series 7 & 65 (or equivalent) to become an Investment Advisor Representative (IAR) and expand into comprehensive investment and wealth management services
