Qualifications

• Active California DOI Producer License required or ability to obtain one.
• Prior experience in insurance sales or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to explain complex coverage options in a clear and approachable manner.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with agency management Applied EPIC.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and maintain a book of business through networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Consult with clients to assess insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Prepare and present insurance quotes for personal, commercial, or life insurance products.
• Process policy applications, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and resolving policy issues.
• Stay current on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and industry regulations.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and agency production goals.
