Job summary

Ivan Chapa Farmers Insurance Agency is seeking a Sales & Retention Specialist to pursue warm leads, cross-sell to existing clients, and keep revenue flowing through proactive engagement. This role emphasizes active lead management, relationship building, and driving growth through a proven sales process.

You’ll work to strengthen client relationships, follow up on quotes, and maintain an organized pipeline while meeting performance targets in a hands-on environment.
