Job summary

Ivan Chapa Farmers Insurance Agency in Texas is seeking an Experienced Licensed Insurance Producer who can hit the ground running in an established sales environment. You will manage a pipeline, nurture warm leads, and convert conversations into active policies.

Candidates must hold an active Texas Property & Casualty license, be bilingual in English and Spanish, and demonstrate a track record of meeting production goals.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License
• Previous insurance sales or agency experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Experience quoting, presenting, and selling Property & Casualty products
• Strong phone and client communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Ability to manage leads, follow-ups, and an active sales pipeline
• Cross-selling and identifying additional coverage opportunities
• Proven ability to work toward production and sales goals
• Coachable and receptive to accountability and performance feedback

Responsibilities

• Quote and sell personal lines insurance, including auto, home, renters, umbrella, and related products
• Assist and sell to both English- and Spanish-speaking clients
• Work inbound and warm sales opportunities
• Follow up consistently on open quotes and unsold prospects
• Re-engage past quotes and previous opportunities
• Cross-sell existing clients and identify coverage gaps
• Build multi-policy households and strengthen client retention
• Handle objections and confidently ask for the sale
• Generate referrals and develop self-generated opportunities
• Maintain an organized and active sales pipeline
• Document client conversations and follow-up activity
• Meet established activity and production expectations

The Ivan Chapa Farmers Insurance Agency is looking for an Experienced Licensed Insurance Producer who is ready to step into an established sales environment, work opportunities from day one, and grow their income through consistent production.

This position is designed for someone who already understands the insurance sales process and knows how to manage a pipeline, follow up with prospects, uncover coverage needs, and close business.

You'll work a combination of new opportunities, warm leads, past quotes, existing client households, referrals, and self-generated business. We're looking for a producer who doesn't need to be taught how to sell—but who is still coachable, competitive, and interested in becoming even better.

If you have insurance experience, an active Property & Casualty license, are bilingual in English and Spanish, and have a track record of turning conversations into business, we'd like to talk.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

This is an experienced-level position. Candidates should already be comfortable discussing insurance products, identifying coverage opportunities, handling objections, following up consistently, and asking for the sale.

Required:

• Active Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License
• Previous insurance sales or insurance agency experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Experience quoting, presenting, and selling Property & Casualty products
• Strong phone and client communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Ability to manage leads, follow-ups, and an active sales pipeline
• Comfortable cross-selling and identifying additional coverage opportunities
• Proven ability to work toward production and sales goals
• Organized, dependable, and consistent with follow-throughComfortable asking for referrals and generating new opportunities
• Coachable and receptive to accountability and performance feedback

Preferred:

• Previous experience working in a captive or independent insurance agency
• Experience selling multiple lines of insurance
• Existing Life & Health license
• Experience working with insurance CRMs, quoting systems, and lead management platforms
