Qualifications

• Active California Property & Casualty License required.
• Active Life & Health License required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Provide tailored insurance solutions across Auto, Home, Life, and Business lines.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ongoing policy support.
• Work with district leadership to achieve sales and performance goals.
• Manage day-to-day business operations, including marketing and client outreach.
• Recruit, train, and oversee licensed support staff as your business grows.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Provide tailored insurance solutions across Auto, Home, Life, and Business lines
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ongoing policy support
• Work with district leadership to achieve sales and performance goals
• Manage day-to-day business operations, including marketing and client outreach

Compensation & Incentives

• Commission-based compensation structure
• Performance-based bonus opportunities during the initial 3 year program period
